Our Mobile Kitchen 

The bus that will house our mobile kitchen  is a 2003 Chevy mini school bus that, after serving the school district of Addison County for many years, was converted into a burger truck. After 19 years of driving kiddos, and then burgers, around the slushy, salty roads of Vermont, the bus needs some serious TLC before beginning its next job at Roaming Roots Kitchen. While we have the opportunity we are in the process of a full rebuild, putting in new floors, supporting the bus' structure, and redesigning the interior, in order to get her ready for the next chapter!
